Title: Difference between SR transfer to SR user versus bit account?

whats the difference between the above, how about the speed with which a transfer takes ?!

Transfers within SR are basically in real time, so there is no delay if you say, transferred 20 BTC to my account 2 minutes ago, it would be there now. (After checking, I can confirm that you did not in fact, transfer 20 BTC to my account 2 minutes ago, dammit.)

Transfers to SR from a Bitcoin client require at least 6 confirmations before they show up in the SR account.
